National Student Television (NSTV), the Award of Excellence for outstanding High School television journalism, is currently accepting entries for the next awards cycle. Information on entry procedures, inlcuding guidelines for submissions, entry fees and forms, is available at www.nationalstudent.tv For more information contact our NSTV coordinator, Jacque Montgomery or the NATAS-Heartland office. NSTV Awards Categories are: News, Writing, Sports, Documentary, Technical Achievement, Arts & Entertainment/Cultural Affairs and Public Affairs/Community Service/Public Service. Entry Period: August through January This past year, high school students from the Heartland region submitted their work for a chance to be recognized by the National Academy. Entries were judged by television professionals, teachers and students for Content, Creativity and Execution. |
